IPSA is consulting on the MPs' Scheme of Business Costs and Expenses which sets out the rules and budgets for what can be claimed for by MPs and the processes to be followed in making claims for reimbursement. By law, the Committee on Standards has to be consulted by IPSA on changes to the scheme.
