Inquiry

The Committee has been asked by the Speaker and the Administration Committee to conduct an inquiry into the use of hand-held electronic devices in the Chamber and in committees.

The current rules, agreed in 2007, restrict the use of electronic devices in the chamber to keeping up to date with emails.
