The Justice Committee holds a one-off session with the Secretary of State following publication of the Post-Implementation Review report of Part 1 of the Legal Aid, Sentencing and Punishment of Offenders Act 2012.

MPs will ask the Secretary of State about the report and about the Government’s Action Plan (Legal Support: The way ahead) which was published alongside it.
