Draft Human Fertilisation and Embryology Act 2008 (Remedial) Order 2018

Remedial order scrutiny

The Committee reported the original proposal for this Remedial Order on 28 February 2018. The draft Order will now lie before Parliament for sixty days before each House is invited to approve it.

The Committee will report on the draft Remedial Order which give effects to many of the Committee’s recommendations.

The Committee will now consider the draft Remedial Order, and will report again with its recommendation as to whether the draft Report should be approved in Autumn.
