The Committee's report on the US-UK Extradition Treaty was published on 30 March 2012 as the Twentieth Report of Session 2010-12, HC 644.

Inquiry exploring the issues arising from both the US-UK Extradition Treaty and the European Arrest Warrant, and to discover whether any progress has been made in addressing the problems since the previous Committee’s evidence session on the subject of the UK-US Treaty on 10 November 2009.
