MPs to question SDLP leader on Belfast/ Good Friday Agreement
Social Democratic and Labour Party leader Colum Eastwood MP will give evidence to the cross-party Northern Ireland Affairs Committee on the inner workings of Stormont under the Belfast/ Good Friday agreement, as it continues its inquiry into the effectiveness of the seminal deal.
This is the third session with Northern Ireland’s party leaders following evidence sessions with UUP leader Doug Beattie on 5 July, and DUP’s Sir Jeffrey Donaldson and the Alliance’s Party Naomi Long on 28 June.
