The session will be held in public, and will see the Committee’s members question Sir Laurie on a range of matters relating to Ministerial interests, including: the role of the Independent Adviser, the publication of the List of Ministers’ Interests and other transparency documents, how potential conflicts of interest are managed, and the relationship between the Ministerial declaration process and the House’s rules on registration and declaration of interests.
