RESPONSES TO QUESTIONS POSED TO SIR BRADLEY WIGGINS
1. As far as you know, were any laws broken or any anti-doping trafficking regulations breached – during and up until midnight on last day of race - in relation to you, during the 2011 Dauphine race?
A: I have no knowledge that "any laws were broken or any anti-doping trafficking regulations were breached" in relation to myself either before, during or after the race.
As a rider I was not involved in the logistics of running the team whether in competition or otherwise.
2. What treatment was given to you by Dr Freeman on 12 June 2011, following the Dauphine race?
A: As far as I can recall, I did not receive any treatments after the race other than the usual recovery packs. By the evening of 12 June 2011 I had travelled to a high altitude training camp in Sestrière where I was given Flumucil through a nebuliser.
3. You were administered with triamcinoline with a TUE on three occasions between 2011 and 2013. Were you treated with this drug on other occasions outside of competition, and therefore without the need for a TUE?
A: Yes.
4. Were your medical history and requirements for future treatments discussed openly with your coach at Team Sky, Shane Sutton, as well as with the medical staff?
A: I am unaware as to the extent to which my medical history was ever discussed with anyone outside the medical team at Team Sky. I have seen recent press reports which claim that non medical staff including Fran Millar were party to medical discussions. I gave no consent to this.
I suffered a number of injuries during my time at Team Sky and whilst I would have expected certain individuals to be aware of this, I did not know that my medical information was shared in the manner which has been described.
