1.1 In order to answer the question number 15 from committee questionnaire it is important to say that life has to be addressed in terms of energy and matters, because matters is energy condensed to a slow vibration which vibrating at a high frequency or a low frequency, and is measuring by hertz (Hz).
1.2 According to the law of conservative, energy cannot be created and destroyed, it only can be transformed.
1.3 In order to transform energy in matters it is necessary the law of life which says that everything who fall has to rise.
1.4 Raising the energy can be done by nature or human intervention.
1.5 Human use the law of free will to raise the energy. This is why some people achieve their goals and others not.
1.6 Human cannot see energy with their own eyes but they can feel it through vibration. And maybe this is the reason why we only see life as matters and not as energy as well.
1.7 In summary, all living things have matters (physical body) and energy (energy body). There are many names for energy such as vital body, soul, spirit aura, electromagnetic field, bioenergy, bioplasma, ki, chi, etc. The energy body expands to outside of the physical body and is made up by 5 different spectrum bodies (physical, vital, mental, consciousness and joy bodies). Also energy can be positive, negative and neutral.
2.1 Responsibility and Accountability.
2.1.1 Does the Government have the right structures in place to support the life science sector? Is the Office of Life Sciences effective? Should the Government appoint a dedicated Life Sciences Minister? If so, should that Minister have a UK wide or England only responsibilities?
2.1.1.1 The Government has the right structures in place to support Life Sciences sector in terms of matters, but not in terms of energy.
2.1.1.2 In order to deal with energy the Government needs to cooperate with another Government who has the right structure in place to support the Life Sciences in terms of energy.
2.1.1.3 The Government who run by state deal with matters and the Government who run by understate deal with energy. The popular name for understate is free world.
2.1.1.4 The problem is not the Government but the organization structure of the country which only run by state.
2.1.1.5 Think the country as a human body which has the upper body (state or heaven) and lower body (understate or hell).
2.1.1.6 Understate is a copy of the state but instead of the pyramid of hierarchy of leadership goes from the button to the top it goes from the top to the button.
2.1.1.7 If the country have only a state the Office of Life Sciences to be effective it has to be divided into 2 departments (department of matters and department of energy) where both work together and independently, sharing responsibilities.
2.1.1.8 A dedicated Life Sciences Minister should be appointing by the Government because Life Sciences is very huge and complex.
2.1.1.9 Minister should be responsible for all members of the group, not just a part of the group. So should have UK wide because life has to be preserve and all members of the group should have that right cover by someone who can best deal with life
2.1.1.10 In that case the state should expand in order to cover the UK, which means from national to federal, e.g. a minister of England cannot cover UK unless become a Minister of UK.
3.1 Does the Government have the right treatment in place to support the life science sector?
3.1.1 The Government has the right treatment in place to support the Life Sciences in terms of matters but not in terms of energy.
3.1.2 Matters is treat by physical instruments and conventional medicine such as allopathy and energy is treat by energy instruments and alternative medicine which can be technological or natural such as acupuncture, therapist, etc.
3.1.3 There is no cooperation between conventional medicine and alternative medicine in order to treat the patient as a body and energy altogether, which lead to an ineffective treatment in both sides.
4.1 Theopathy is a natural system of alternative medicine that treats the energy of the matters by exchanging the negative energy of the patient with the positive energy of the theopathist through contact. Also use natural law to support the treatment. There is 5 stage of theopathy process which is: 1) discharge; givecharge (charge transference); transcharge (charge transcendence); puricharge (charge purified) and recharge. The main different type of theopathy is: physiotheopathy (exchange energy through physical contact); psychotheopathy (exchange energy through mental contact); sexotheopathy (exchange energy through sex intercourse and is divided by 2 different type of sexotheopathist who is the major and minor sexotheopathist); esotheopathy (exchange energy through body energy field or between a body energy field with a disembodied (religion call spirits); gastrotheopathy (exchange energy through food). Basically the theopathy is a laugh therapy.
4.2 Theopathist is a person who practices theopathy. The theopathist has to be in some frequency as the universe which is 432 Hz in order to do theopathy, because 432 Hz is the natural frequency of the universe and has the power to heal. To convert the negative energy into positive energy and positive energy into matters (thoughts) the theopathist has to activate their energy and raise until reach the head where will be transmute in thoughts. This process requires strength which comes from sexual energy.
4.3 Sexual energy can be express in any form of expression because every expression is sexual energy. Also has the power to heal if rise and have a power to destroy if goes down. It is in transcharge and puricharge stage that the sexual energy is elevate and purified in order to recharge others by major sexotheopathist.
4.4 Theoism is the study of different forms and path to practices theopathy in order to be effective in the treatment. Is responsible to build a personal path for the theopathist and social path for the patient of the theopathist. Also to find different ways to do theopathy.
4.5 It is important to say that the theopathy is practiced by the theopathist already mention and the theopath who is the opposite, which means, exchange his/her negative energy with the positive energy of others.
4.6 The end of the cycle of theopathy is energy transmuting into knowledge so the theopathist end up creating his/her own data which is necessary to supply new knowledge back to the system in order to update and expand the system, which can prevent a collapse system. In that case the theopathist is also a researcher and a supporter of the law of causality which says what goes around comes around.
4.7 The leader of Theopathist is the one who can best raise the energy which is the one who more shine is body of light.
4.8 The body of light is represented by a symbol of a decagon star with 5 circles surrounding the star which can be seen from the logo.
5.1 In addition to the written evidence I also have a data where all the information coming from. It is based on my own experience.
5.2 My data is all about cooperation between myself and this country who gave me the welcome.
5.3 From the energy dimension there is an alliance between myself and this country which in can proves from may data.
5.4 The alliance calls LAFSHARE which means Lusanglo Alliance Foundation.
5.5 Lafshare is organized by: G3I which represent the this country state; G4I which represent myself the understate; CEER which is the rehabilitation centre; BIIP which is international bank of public investment; SOMA which is the active world society organization and COMA which is the supervision and control of soma.
5.6 Basically the state owns 50% of the property lafshare and the understate other 50%. LAF also means ALF (50%).
5.7 The leaders of the state and understate are responsible to preserve the property lafshare which is the system, soul of SOMA where the worldwide will benefit from that.
5.8 My data calls MISS which means public sustainable research. It is all about sustainable human development.
5.9 Most of the names stand for in Portuguese because that’s my main language.
