I am self employed and work in the Conference and Events business and have done so or the last 30 years. Since this outbreak of COVID 19 I have lost ALL my business and potential to earn due to the nature of conferences and events.

As welcome as it was the £2500 per month for the last 3 months does not reflect my income. The government knows my earnings and by definition should be subsidising me in the same way as they do for teachers, civil servants and private company furloughed employees. I have paid into this system all my life and have paid more tax that most people I know. Why is it that I have been left with no income support that would reflect my earning potential?

It's about time this is addressed by the Chancellor of the Exchequer Rishi Sunak.

Can you help in anyway?

I look forward to hearing from you soon.
