Serious Fraud Office investigation into G45

I understand that during the Home Affairs Select Committee meeting held on 24 June 2014, you asked for G4S to write to you as Chair of the Committee in order to provide an update as to the status of the SFO's investigation into electronic monitoring services formerly provided by G4S Care and Justice Services (UK) Limited.

I can confirm that G4S has been fully cooperating with the SFO with regards to their enquiries since the investigation began and intend to continue to do so. G4S is not able to confirm if the investigation is continuing or the status of the investigation as the SFO has provided us with no information in that respect. I therefore need to kindly ask that you refer your request to the SFO who should be able address your queries more appropriately.
