• Greater thought is required around the management and expectations on the challenges between national government policy, and our collective regional response. We have a government policy which wishes to go one way,  we have a set of challenges that cannot allow us to deliver that is expected.  We are faced with a portfolio which has still has much national stigma attached to it, which is misunderstood by so many.
• I think one other thing worth adding – we can do more to commission services jointly.
