• The absence of a process to share data on positive / negative decisions enabling early intervention to prevent future homeless applications
• That S.4 support, including housing provision, is not happening immediately leaving Local Authorities with the risk of increasing numbers of rough sleepers.
• Welfare support is been provided by all parties but it seems there is a heavy reliance on third sector organisations like Brushstrokes. There seems limited evidence of mitigation for Asylum Seekers who are unable to phone Migrant Help, the number who may fall into this category are unknown but the support seems to be only available on a re-active basis. Limited evidence of proactive checks on wellbeing being carried out.
