I live in a flat approximately 15 years old, in Colchester where there are now many recently-built blocks of flats to add to many older terraced houses. It seems unlikely, though not entirely impossible, that practical home or on-street charging could be provided for these homes.

My request is therefore that the Committee does, please, not lose sight of the potential for hydrogen-powered vehicles for people living in similar situations. I understand this potential is being developed faster in the USA, where particularly larger, heavier vehicles are being powered increasingly by hydrogen, but also some private cars.
