I have had LISA for about 2 years now.

The house price cap should be raised in line with inflation, or removed entirely.

Or the withdrawal penalty should be removed so people who want to exit don't lose money.

This isn't really a sustainable option for saving otherwise. In general, the LISA feels better suited to help get on the property ladder (and being a pension as a backup), so it should be easier to help get on the property ladder with it.
