Have been in contact with some companies who have signed up to the Armed Forces Covenant, only to be informed by those companies that they were not actually sure what it meant for them as companies. I have only had minimum interaction with it myself, all of which had been positive, only for then to get this negative response make me think that not everyone who has signed up to it knows about it, or the training provided to their employees does not capture this.
