[1]               Please note that the confirmation statements filed at Companies House for NMHL Realisations Limited are inconsistent.  The pension scheme shareholdings are based on the information at Companies House as at 21 March 2019 but it is not known exactly how many shares were allotted to each of the pension schemes.  The pension schemes are shareholders of NMHL Realisations Limited only. 

[2]               The pension scheme members are not shareholders of NMHL Realisations Limited.  Their funds were invested in the pension schemes and the schemes subsequently took shares in NMHL Realisations Limited using those funds.
