I am so frustrated with L&Q, still negation with me.  I had been seeing the Doctor and Hospital about my health issues.  Also, Police has been sent to the housing association or rehousing.

I have bad asthma, IBS, and arthritis, so the letters sent to L&Q.  But still, they are negation.  One of housing officer said to me why not mutual exchange.  I am not accepted for mutual exchange. Because I had bad experiences was break in.  I told them just moving out, I need to house not flat.

Neighbour has been weed and drugs awful smell. I always cough I can’t open the window.

I have got panic and not good sleep because I live on 15th floor, if the lift broke, I can’t to upstairs. I was so bad experience both were lift broken. I was really hard getting home take me 20 minutes.

I really fed up with L&Q, not good for me hold the toilet not good for the tummy.  I need to be moving the out now, nearly two years to wait to hear.  I need to two bedrooms, because I work from home no room.  L&Q said NO. 

I need to big kitchen because my arthritis is, so pain so need to dishwasher.  Now my kitchen is so small, no space.

I don’t want FLAT; I need the house. Because the flat or ground floor no way most of weed and drug. No goo for my health. 

I am really fed up with fire alarm, I was not sure go downstairs or not. this is UNFAIR for me.

Because I AM DEAF AND USER SIGN LANGUAGE.

I hope so you will understand my health issues no 1 everyday my problem got the IBS. I can’t hold the toilet because of the lift.
