My name is [sensitive information removed].

As my earnings are presently very low I am in receipt of Housing Benefit to help with my rent and Council Tax reduction.

These are both means tested benefits for which I have to periodically provide proof and evidence of my low income.

However I do not qualify for the help with cost of living payment even though I clearly need it.

I choose not to claim Universal Credit as I hope to be earning more in the near future, however times have been very difficult since the pandemic.
