The 2023 cost of living payment states on the government website that it will be paid to those in receipt of certain benefits.

I am disabled and in receipt of means tested ESA and PIP so am I eligible.

If not, why not?

The cost of living payment in 2022 included those in receipt of means tested benefits, our needs haven't changed. If anything, this payment is needed more than ever as utility bills have increased yet again along with food and the soaring cost of living.

Why are those on tax credits & contributory benefits more in need than those on means tested benefits, it states on the government website that this payment is for those who are most vulnerable and most in need?

If it is only paid to certain people on certain benefits, it is totally biased and unfair?
