Family system is not fit for purpose. Waiting times are way too long, it is very expensive. Family court is supposed to be ‘people’s court’, and very few people can afford it. There should be an organisation that deals with e.g., Breach of court orders quicker and is more accessible. Something lower instance before going to court.
5.
Schools seem to have different procedure to courts.
6.
Social Services , CAFCASS and solicitors need Parental Alienation training, part of it should be talking to alienated parents, so they understand and know what signs to look for, and they are all on the same page and trained at the same level.
7.
Everyone should be educated on Parental Alienation. Problem gets bigger and bigger, and children suffer a lot, suicide attemots, mental healts problems etc.
