This is the Minister's first formal appearance before the Committee. The Committee holds regular evidence sessions with the Foreign Secretary and the Minister for International Development on the work of the FCDO. These are opportunities for Members to question Ministers about matters ranging across their portfolios of responsibility and recent topics of scrutiny by the Committee.
