An oral evidence session for the national security machinery inquiry takes place on Monday 7 June 2021.

Purpose of the session

The Committee will examine:

  • the purpose and effectiveness of the national security structures
  • managing risks
  • the ‘inputs’ to the National Security Council processes
  • developing national security related skills
