Fan-led review of live and electronic music

The fan-led review of live and electronic music was launched by the House of Commons Culture, Media and Sport Committee in June 2025 and was independently chaired by Lord Brennan of Canton.

The review brought music lovers together to discuss ideas to protect the industry and ensure it works in the best interests of fans.

Several key themes emerged which form the basis of the Fans’ Charter, a set of principles to which all those responsible for nurturing, organising, supporting and participating in live and electronic music can commit.
