The Committee considered the Integrated Security Fund and its predecessor, the Conflict, Stability and Security Fund (CSSF): both funds that are partially made up of UK Official Development Assistance (ODA). The session covered programming supported by the Fund, the Fund’s changing priorities over time and how the forthcoming Spending Review and National Security Strategy may affect the Fund in future.
