Inquiry

The inquiry seeks the views of stakeholders on the detail of the proposed framework. The purpose of the framework is to establish a common approach across the four nations of the United Kingdom to land-use planning for sites containing hazardous substances. The framework is to apply following the end of the EU exit transition period. The inquiry forms the scrutiny part of the agreed process for establishing all common frameworks.
