Army Recruiting Contract

The Committee will question representatives from Capita on their performance manging the British Army’s recruiting contract, known as the Recruiting Partnering Project (RPP).

In particular, the session will focus on whether Capita is meeting the Army’s targets for recruiting soldiers and officers; how the recruiting pipeline can be improved, and how it responded to cyber incidents related to Army recruiting data in both 2022 and 2023.
