The Foreign, Commonwealth and Development Office (FCDO) Annual Report and Accounts 2022-23 were published in July 2023. This session was for the Committee to review and take evidence from the two Permanent Under-Secretaries of the FCDO regarding these accounts. Topics for discussion included the White Paper on International Development, the 2022 Statistics on International Development, and the FCDO’s management of the development aid budget.
