Resources and Waste provisional Common Framework

Inquiry

On 19 December 2022, the Government published a provisional Common Framework for Resources and Waste, an important document for managing divergence in waste and resources policies across the UK. This document has been agreed by all the devolved executives and has therefore been laid before the UK Parliament for scrutiny.

The EFRA Committee sought views on the potential impact and effectiveness of this framework.
