In this one-off evidence session, the Committee took evidence from representatives of the Independent Commission for Aid Impact (ICAI), an arms’ length body of the FCDO which scrutinises the effectiveness of UK aid through regular reviews. The Committee is likely to ask about ICAI’s performance, its management and budget, and a selection of recently-published ICAI reviews.
