Treasury Committee to hear from campaign and consumer groups on Economic Crime

The Treasury Committee continues its inquiry on Economic Crime.

Purpose of the session

MPs will question campaign and consumer groups on areas including: the effectiveness of anti-money laundering measures, the effectiveness of action taken to protect consumers from authorised push payment fraud (APP fraud), changes needed to the law, and the role of banks and the finance industry in preventing economic crime.
