The Foreign, Commonwealth and Development Office (FCDO) annual report and accounts 2021-22 were published in July 2022. This session was a review of these accounts. Likely topics for discussion included the FCDO’s management of the development aid budget, expenditure on the merger between the Department for International Development and Foreign & Commonwealth Office and future ODA allocations, given the pressures on government spending and the ongoing Ukraine and Afghanistan crises.
