Regulation of television advertising

Inquiry

The Committee will investigate the recent decline in revenues of commercial television companies from the sale of advertising, It will examine the various changes to the regulation of television advertising, which are currently under discussion, and will look at the Contracts Rights Renewal (CRR) mechanism.

An invitation for written submissions to this inquiry was published on 27 July 2010.
