Letter to Richard Caring on BHS published by Committees

The Business, Innovation and Skills (BIS) and Work and Pensions Select Committees have today published a letter from Iain Wright, Chair of BIS Committee, and Frank Field, Work & Pensions Chair, to Richard Caring asking him to respond to a series of questions relating to his business dealings with Sir Philip Green, Lady Green and BHS. The letter includes a number of queries relating to Mr Caring's shareholding in BHS and his companies' supplies to BHS.
The Committees have requested a response by 1 July and reserve the option to call Mr Caring to give evidence at a public hearing.
