The Work & Pensions and Business, Innovation and Skills Committees are jointly taking evidence on BHS as part of their respective inquiries into the Pension Protection Fund and pension regulation and The sale and acquisition of BHS. The Committees are considering the growth in the BHS pension fund deficit and the sale of BHS to Retail Acquisitions Ltd.
