Service Disruption at TSB inquiry

Inquiry

In April 2018, TSB Bank migrated its computer systems to a new platform. Following reports of consumer detriment following the migration, the Committee will consider the preparation for, implementation of and results of the system migration, and TSB's handling of the problems that ensued.
