Sustainable employment in Scotland inquiry

Inquiry

This inquiry follows up on the work conducted on sustainable employment in Scotland by the Committee in the last Parliament.

The Committee focuses on whether any further action is necessary, following the Taylor review on modern employment practices, to combat unfair employment practices in Scotland and ensure employment legislation reflects modern employment practices. The Committee also looks at how the UK and Scottish governments can work together to improve employment opportunities and standards of employment in Scotland.
