HMRC's contract with Concentrix inquiry

In 2014 HMRC entered in to a contract with Synnex-Concentrix UK Ltd (a business services provider) to expand its capacity for dealing with fraud and error in the benefits system. However, performance issues led to HMRC terminating the contract earlier than intended in November 2016.

The Committee will hold a meeting to discuss the National Audit Office's report into the contract, taking evidence from senior HMRC officials and representatives from Concentrix.
