Jacob Rees-Mogg questioned on private Members' Bills

The Procedure Committee holds an oral evidence session on private Members' Bills. The Committee examines the House's procedures and practice on private Members' Bills, in light of the work undertaken by the Committee in the last Parliament and the progress of balloted private Members' Bills so far in this Session.
