Leader of the House questioned on private Members' Bills

The Procedure Committee holds an oral evidence session as part of its private Members' Bills inquiry. The Committee is examining the House's procedures and practice on private Members' bills, in the light of the work undertaken by the Committee in the last Parliament and the progress of balloted private Members' bills so far in this Session.
