The Northern Ireland Affairs Committee holds a one-off evidence session with the Secretary of State for Northern Ireland and the Permanent Secretary of the Northern Ireland Office to discuss the outcome of the 2015 Spending Review and the cross-party talks that led to the agreement, ‘A Fresh Start: the Stormont Agreement and Implementation Plan’, in November 2015.
