DFID's use of contractors and their effectiveness examined

International Development Committee hears from two journalists who have both written extensively on the subject and have been highly critical of the Department for International Development's (DFID) use of contractors, followed by representatives from two of the UK's largest development contractors, and the ex-Independent Commission for Aid Impact (ICAI) Commissioner responsible for its 2013 report on the topic.
