Purpose of the Session
As part of its inquiry into Forced Displacement in Africa, the Committee will take evidence from Marta Foresti (ODI), Dr Hammond (SOAS) and Professor Kibreab (LSBU) on a range of issues including the coherence of UK policies affecting refugees and migration (from a ‘whole government' perspective) and the effectiveness of various international compacts
The Committee will then hear from Mr Mohamed, this will be an opportunity to benefit from first-hand experience and evaluation of systems and mechanisms provided for refugees.
