In the final evidence session of the inquiry, the Committee will take evidence from DFID and FCO Minister, Harriet Baldwin, on the UK's approach to forced displacement in Africa. The session will explore what the UK is doing to support the 20 million people who have been forced from their homes across the continent as a result of conflict or disaster. It will look at the potential for reform of the global architecture, including UNHCR, the coherence of cross-government work on migration and safeguarding and protections for women and children on the move.
