The International Development Committee held a one-off evidence session with ICAI and DFID, on Tuesday 20 October 2015.

The purpose of this session was to consider and take evidence on the following reports of the Independent Commission for Aid Impact: ICAI Annual Report 2014-15, including ICAI’s performance over the year and also over Phase One, Follow-up of ICAI Reviews from Years 1, 2 and 3, including how DFID has responded to ICAI, and How DFID works with multilateral agencies to achieve impact. The Committee questioned the outgoing ICAI Commissioners and DFID on the lessons learned for Phase Two and DFID’s strategic approach to multilaterals.
