EU Settlement Scheme inquiry

Inquiry

EU citizens resident in the UK will be able to regularise their immigration status by applying to the UK Government's EU Settlement Scheme, which will provide them with either 'settled' or 'pre-settled' status depending on how long they have lived in the UK.

Prior to the EU Settlement Scheme opening fully on 31 March 2019, the Home Affairs Committee will take evidence on the experiences of applicants going through the application process and wider concerns about the functioning of the Scheme.
