National Audit Office's Report on Investigation into pre-school vaccination inquiry

      In its report, the National Audit Office (NAO) finds that NHS England has missed the Department of Health and Social Care's performance standard for the uptake of nearly all pre-school vaccinations in England in 2018-19.
