The Environmental Audit Committee called for written evidence on the role of HM Treasury in relation to sustainable development and environmental protection in December 2015.

It also called for additional written evidence on HM Treasury’s contribution to meeting waste and recycling targets to help inform its inquiry into sustainability and HM Treasury.
