The Committee is seeking views on the Government’s response to the former Committee's report on The Future of Chemicals Regulation after the EU Referendum and the section on chemicals in the Delegated Powers Memorandum.

The Committee raised the issue during its hearing with the Secretary of State, the Westminster Hall debate on its previous report and the recent Liaison Committee hearing with the Prime Minister.
