General licences for controlling wild birds inquiry

Inquiry

On 21 May 2019 the Committee held a session with Natural England on its decision to withdraw and reissue the general licences for controlling wild birds, and the subsequent decision by Defra to take over this responsibility. A second session, with the Secretary of State, will be held on 2 July.
